Live Set: Ferry Corsten B2B John O'Callaghan @ Tomorrowland

Saturday was my favorite day of Tomorrowland with stellar performances that encompassed everything from Dark Techno to Uplifting Trance to dirty House music. The Trance & Progressive outpost for the day was held down in one of the tents by none other than Ferry Corsten, where he played back to back 15 minute transitions the whole day with Shogun, Aly & Fila, Cosmic Gate, Sied van Riel, W&W, Solarstone, Orjan Nilsen, and of course JOC. It was a great thing to see Ferry on European grounds where he is of legend as a Trance producer and DJ, not one of Electro and House as his current North American persona would convey. Though his closing set gave the tent more of an Electro vibe than it had all day, it was nonetheless an awesome close to one of the best days in dance music history. Give a listen to one of my favorite sets of the weekend as Ferry takes you away playing B2B with Irish powerhouse JOC then goes in for a solid closing set!

Tomorrowland Live Stream Times Announced

After drooling over my computer screen the entire duration of the stream last year, I cannot believe I am actually headed to Tomorrowland next weekend. For those of you that won't be there, the live stream times adjusted to US Eastern time will be broadcast between 3 and 8 PM each day. We will be posting photos and commentary live to our social media accounts so be sure to watch out for those too. To those of you attending with us, see you in Boom!

Track of the Day: "Watch Out For This" (Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike Remix) - Major Lazer

After producing Tomorrowland's official theme tunes for the past three years, Belgian duo Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike have become international sought-after producers for their profound editing skills, it is no surprise the duo have remixed Major Lazer's "Watch Out for This" with their recent successful African-inspired sounds heard in "Turn it Up/Mammoth" and "Wakanda."

Enhancing Major Lazer’s afro-cuban, laid-back track, the pair kick up the beat tenfold adding to their remix a perfect main room sound. The track starts out the memorable horn pattern that screams summer, edging into the repeated "watch out for this" chants, which combine perfectly to lead into a Progressive House line that makes you want to get out your chair and dance.

Tomorrowland Ticket Sale Pre-Registration Live

Start planning your getaway to the fabled land of...Tomorrow? The Belgium superfest is notorious for selling out quick, but you guys can head over to their site for preregistration now to make sure you get those tickets when they go on sale. It's still up in the air whether we'll be going, but it's worth a shot I guess. 3-day tickets start at 199 Euro, which is cheaper than a lot of the huge festivals here in the US, but those plane tickets are what's killer (about $900 RT from JFK). If you've been dreaming of a Eurotrip for ages, maybe now is time to make it happen. Tomorrowland --> Ibiza anyone? Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes!
