Track of the Day: "Lift Me" - Maor Levi

Xtralife Records' (Strictly Rhythm) newest release comes from the versatile Maor Levi. Levi's "Lift Me," does exactly what the title describes - the quickly paced buildup paralleled with an angelic repeating "lift me up" voice sample brings you effortlessly into the clouds and has you staring into the sun the entire time. The track is definitely not a sleeper though, with just the right amount of bass rifts to carry you through the refrain. The cross-genre blending that Levi has crafted here is beautiful and dirty at the same time. Keep on dancing through Memorial Day Weekend - love from all of us at the Lounge!

"Drop The Bass" (Original Mix) - Felix Leiter

One of Newcastle's biggest talents, Felix Leiter can be caught as the headliner almost every weekend at the city's biggest clubs. The British producer has over 10 years under his belt in the dance music scene as a promoter and a DJ working alongside the likes of Faithless, Armand van Helden, Pete Tong, and Laidback Luke. Straight from the Strictly offices in London comes his latest debut into the production world with a delightfully articulate Electro House tune. The combination between an angsty bassline and an airy Progressive melody line is something you don't get from a lot of productions these days, so this one is surely headed up the charts!

Having DJed since the young age of 16 and with five-plus years of experience producing originals, this up and coming producer is certainly no stranger to the Electronic Dance Music scene.
