"Nightlight" (Party Ghost Remix) - Sydney Blu, JD, & Betsie Larkin [Free Download]

The contrast between the haunting opening piano chords and Betsie Larkin's tormenting vocals with the Electro House breakdown make "Nightlight" a true enigma of a track. Deep House matron Sydney Blu's latest tour de force is flipped on its heels with a strapping fix by Party Ghost who sends knee-buckling bass tremors through the veins of the original. The vocals on this are truly remarkable and although the track is a bit lopsided overall, it has a lot of potential as one of the year's most overlooked, untouched productions. "Soothe My Soul" (Feed Me Remix) - Depeche Mode

Depeche Mode's latest album that released this Spring Delta Machine has been hailed by Entertainment Weekly as "the strongest album the group has put out this century." Any festival fanatic knows that all the big DJs love to spin the Depeche Mode classics, but there's far more remix prospects in their synthpop discography than "Personal Jesus." Today I present you with a track that released back in July but has yet to be featured online, Feed Me's remix of "Soothe My Soul," the second single released off the album after "Heaven." Jon Gooch's monstrous persona has developed into a production outlet that feeds right into the meaty, synth-layering that sets him and this remix apart from a lot of the tunes circulating cyberspace right now. Jon recently pushed his album release back to October so we may possibly see this tune land a spot on the tracklisting. Stay tuned for more!

Justice Headlining Ed Banger 10th Anniversary at Hammerstein Ballroom

The former manager of Daft Punk Pedro Winter has a lot to celebrate. As the brains behind the likes of larger-than-life acts like Justice, Breakbot, SebastiAn, Mr. Oizo, and his own alter-ego Busy P, over the years Pedro has turned Ed Banger's persona into a culture not just a record label. Along with the producers of Saturday's biggest club night Brite Nites, Webster Hall and Area Event, Ed Banger is on a collision course with one of our favorite venues, Hammerstein Ballroom for a Saturday night celebration ten years in the making. The lineup includes a DJ set by Justice, a megamix by Busy P himself, and a live performance from Breakbot, a fellow I can vouch for as an excellent spinner. Special guests are also on the roster. Tickets go onsale next Wednesday at 12 EST on Ticketmaster, see you there!

"Turn It Down Animals" - Kaskade vs. Martin Garrix [Download]

If you've been to any festivals lately you'd know that "Animals" is one of the hottest and perhaps over-played tracks of the summer. I first heard this mashup played at an underground rave in Brooklyn by The Chainsmokers and was really impressed with how Rebecca & Fiona's firey and icey vocals played with the interlude to Garrix's breakthrough Electro banger. Kaskade quickly picked up on the electrifying combination, playing it at his SummerLovin' sets in Las Vegas and Atlantic City and to a huge crowd at The Gorge for Paradiso festival in Washington State. Knowing the popularity of these two records we can't expect this on a Kaskade Music Monday for a while, so this afternoon I present you with a free download of the mashup recreated by Ele Cabrera of Mexico.

"The Great Arcade" (Original Mix) - Joe Garston [Exclusive]

Mord Fustang's Plasmapool curates his unique take on video game influenced Electro with Joe Gartson's latest original, taking that mantra to an entirely new dimension. "The Great Arcade" is a true feat of the genre charged by glitch and ready to take the pixelated bounce to the dancefloor. With the track picking up recent support from artists like MoguaiDyro, and Chuckie, Fustang's label is certainly becoming a more elevated platform to relay these types of funky, 8-bit tunes. Stream the original mix exclusive below and grab your copy today!
