Seven Olives EP - Beckwith

While Anjunabeats keeps up its A-game building one of the most cohesive communities in dance music, its sister label Anjunadeep has remained widely unwatched and rather irrelevant. One thing I learned from being down in Miami for WMC is that Deep House and Tech are two genres that are far from dead, they merely need to be resurrected to fit into the festival scheme. New York native Beckwith first got his big break last month at the Anjunabeats Volume 10 party and is sure to continue unraveling his infectious assortment of deep groove paired with a Progressive vibe later this year. For now enjoy his truly refreshing three-track EP released earlier this month!

"White Noise" - Disclosure ft. Aluna George

If you're like me and enjoy discovering new genres and sub-genres of EDM, then let me introduce you to Disclosure. When it comes to fusing future garage and Deep House, no one does it better than the brother duo made up of Guy and Howard Lawrence. The group is currently one of the most hyped names in the UK and the post-Dubstep scene. Seductive vocals by Aluna George and hypnotic vibes melt together forming a beat that takes the meaning of groovy to a new level in their newest track “White Noise.” The song shows off the group’s rhythmic noise style - just a tease of their debut studio album set to be released March 2013. Adventure Club featured their single “Latch” in their absolutely massive Life in Color mix and Ultra Music Festival announced Disclosure in the phase one line-up as one of the live performances. Disclosure is one of my personal favorites when it comes to funky bass lines with shuffling hi-hats, and believe me, you'll want to know their name for 2013.
