Alex MORPH released "Sucker Punch" almost exactly a year ago, with the original has serving its purpose as a perfect interlude to any set. From various stops on the ASOT expedition to his New Years' Eve sets, the German Trance DJ has thrown this one into a ton of mixes. Track of the Day: "Bang!" - Alex M.O.R.P.H. & Jerome Isma-Ae

Whatever kind of music you're into, build ups are essential to any song. Alex M.O.R.P.H & Jerome Isma-Ae have mastered the art of an escalating sound and keep you at a whole new level in their latest release for Armada. I'm usually a dubstep fan but the Tech tempo in this track fed my thirst for groove and kept me on my feet for the entire duration. "Bang!" is one of those songs that you'll hear vibrating through the subwoofers after already being out all night and just slip into at 3 AM. As Armada and its artists keeps expanding beyond their trademark vocal Trance & Progressive sounds there's a lot of new grooves to be discovered, and this one will land you straight in the jungle. Unleash the beat!

Free Set Downloads: ASOT 600 NYC

Last night was truly a remarkable night for dance music in New York City, and the entire United States. Although I didn't really hear much of the so called Trance that we're celebrating 600 episodes of, the entire experience from the moment we entered Madison Square Garden was out of this world. The vibe from the general admission pit area was unbelievable, especially since it wasn't too overcrowded so everyone could move straight to the front if they wanted. Either way W&W set it off early with their typical Electro set. Unfortunately their sound got cut for the longest time I've ever experienced, so I felt quite bad for them for what otherwise would have been one for the books. Markus & Ferry took the stage together as "New World Punx" and played what was for me the best set of the night. You could see the gleam in Armin's eyes as he took to the decks of "The World's Most Famous Arena," which was now jam-packed. I was a little confused as to why Armin thought it was a good idea to play "Clarity" and "Spectrum" back to back, but other than that error of judgement the entire set was truly historical. "Monday Morning Madness" - Alex M.O.R.P.H. (Alexander Popov Remix)

It's just another day, but this is an exceptional tune. Every week, Armin van Buuren makes us salivate more and more for the Expedition that is to come. Reflecting on the passage of time and the divergence of souls, "Monday Morning Madness" is a showstopping vocal Trance track that hit hard when it made its big debut this week on ASOT 590. Alex M.O.R.P.H. is known for his sweeping melodies, and with the addition of Alexander Popov's expertise this one is sure to ensnare your mind with emotion and nostalgia. Shannon Hurley's soaring vocals provide the perfect complement to this magestic symphony of Trance music, the icing on the cake as we prepare for liftoff in March with 600!
